Tyler Lin

Tyler joined Donovan Kochman LLP in 2023 after beginning his career at a well-known estate litigation boutique firm. His practice focuses on complex estate, trust and capacity litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler gained a broad range of litigation experience at various legal clinics and law firms on insurance, securities, and human rights law. He has also mediated small claims matters at the Superior Court of Justice and worked at a large national firm in China in international corporate law. He obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from York University with an undergraduate degree in philosophy.
