Noah Kochman

Noah is a founding partner at Donovan Kochman LLP. His practice focuses on estates and trusts litigation as well as commercial litigation. He also mediates estates and trusts disputes across Ontario.

Noah founded Donovan Kochman LLP with Brendan Donovan on the idea that clients deserve specialized lawyers who charge responsibly and put the client’s interests ahead of their own. He is often heard telling his clients: “We are the navigators, but you are in the driver’s seat.”

Noah began his legal career at a full-service law firm on Bay Street representing clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment law, insurance defence, and administrative law. Before becoming a litigator, Noah worked in federal politics and government relations.

Noah proudly serves on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section, the Canadian Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section, and the Ontario Bar Association’s Elder Law Section. Noah is a proud husband and father of two beautiful children.
