As an experienced courtroom litigator, Ava is focused on estates litigation and commercial disputes.

Ava joined Donovan Kochman LLP as an associate in 2024. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on estates litigation and commercial disputes. Ava has successfully represented clients at various levels of court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Ava earned her law degree from the University of Windsor, during which time she cultivated her passion for advocacy by volunteering at several legal clinics. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and completed summer programs at Yale University and the University of Toronto.

Outside of the office, Ava enjoys exploring the city with her dog, practicing yoga, and cheering on the Raptors.
