Fraudulent Communications and Impersonations
We have learned that several people have received fraudulent e-mails that appear to come from Donovan Kochman LLP. For instance, there is an e-mail that comes from a false “Brendan Donovan” (bdonovan@donovankochman.com) via http://Adobe.de as well as an e-mail from a “DONOVANKOCHMANPAYMENT” that contains a link. These e-mails do not come from Donovan Kochman LLP, nor from anyone authorized to act on behalf of our firm.
If you have received an e-mail of this kind, we suggest that you do not respond, do not click on any links or attachments, and do not engage with the sender in any way. We have reported these matters to law enforcement. If you have lost any money as a result of these fraudulent communications, please report the crime to your local police.
If you receive a request for funds from Donovan Kochman LLP, please call us at 416-800-1062 before sending those funds.
