Carmen Yuen-Donevan
Law Clerk
Carmen started working as a law clerk in 2010 and has since gained extensive experience in estate litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defence and collections.
Prior to joining Donovan Kochman LLP in 2025, she worked at a boutique firm focused on estate litigation and at a mid-size full-service firm.
Carmen completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts (Sociology Specialist) degree at the University of Toronto. She obtained her Associate Level Law Clerk Certification from the Institute of Law Clerks Ontario.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys keeping busy with her many hobbies (indoor gardening, knitting, goldsmithing, running, etc.) and spending time with her tightknit family and in-laws (including many furry family members).
