Diana is an associate lawyer at Donovan Kochman LLP whose practice focuses on estates, powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts, and capacity disputes.
Prior to joining Donovan Kochman LLP, Diana was an associate at a well-known estate litigation boutique firm in Toronto. She articled with a full-service law firm, where she gained experience in wills and estates, litigation, and corporate commercial law.
Diana earned her J.D. from Queen’s Law School. She graduated from Queen’s University with a B.A. Honours with Distinction, majoring in History.
During law school, Diana volunteered as a caseworker for Queen’s Legal Aid assisting Kingston residents, and for the Queen’s Business Law Clinic providing legal services to local organizations. Diana received the Women’s Law Association of Ontario 2019 Advocacy Award, the 2021 Insolvency Institute of Canada Scholarship (Queen’s) for the top grade in the Insolvency and Restructuring course, and the Queen’s Law Prize in Land Transactions.
Diana received the Medal of the Maple from Scouts Canada for which she served as a National Youth Spokesperson, as well as the UK’s 2013 International Princess Diana Award for sustained leadership in social action. Diana is learning Gaelic, and enjoys skiing, running, medieval history, and travelling.
